Leroy Morishita, interim president of California State University, East Bay, since July 1, was appointed appointed Wednesday to the full position. FiberTower Corp., the ailing wireless telecommunications services company, expects to stop trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange at the end of the month, and it has engaged a corporate restructuring consultant to evaluate strategic alternatives, the company said Wednesday.
